📌 سياسة الشحن، الاسترجاع والاستبدال
1. تأكيد الطلب والشحن
يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد تحويل قيمة الشحن مسبقًا على الرقم: 01223900701.
يرجى إرسال (Screenshot) لإثبات التحويل لإتمام تأكيد الطلب والشحن.
2. المعاينة والاسترجاع
المعاينة متاحة
عند استلام الطلب وأثناء تواجد المندوب.
في حال عدم الرغبة في المنتج بعد المعاينة، يمكن إرجاعه للمندوب مباشرة
دون دفع قيمة المنتج
.
3. شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع
لا يتوفر استبدال أو استرجاع لملابس السباحة (المايوهات) بعد المعاينة وقبول المنتج.
يجب اتخاذ قرار الاستلام أو الرفض النهائي أثناء تواجد المندوب.
بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المايوهات.
📌 Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy
1. Order Confirmation & Shipping

Please send a screenshot of the transfer confirmation to complete the order confirmation and shipping process.
2. Inspection & Returns
Product inspection is available upon delivery while the courier is present.
If you decide not to keep the product after inspection, you may return it directly to the courier without paying the product price.
3. Exchange & Return Conditions
Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned after inspection and acceptance of the product.
The final decision to accept or reject the item must be made while the courier is present.
Once the courier leaves, swimwear items are no longer eligible for exchange or return.
